When making a offer on a foreclosure please have your financing all ready setup. Asset companies will not look at a offer with out proof the buyer can buy that house asap. It waste thier time and time and time is money. The cleaner the contract and offer is the more likely you are to buy a good investment . Coming in with offers of 60 to 65 % of market value is not going to get you very far unless the house has major repair issues. Carpet,paint and some appliances are not major repairs, they are very minor to asset companies. Buying these investments are very simple, just a few rules to follow..
